Preventive & Longevity Physician (Member Clinical Lead) — Mumbai | On-site
PRVNT is a preventive, technology-driven healthcare platform built around each member's biology, combining deep diagnostics, wearable data, AI-surfaced insights, and clinician-led plans tracked over a full year. We're opening our Mumbai centre (Atlas) and hiring a physician to be the clinical anchor for our members and the medical lead on our therapy floor.
This is a dual role: you are the member's primary doctor across their year-long journey with us, and you oversee the safe delivery of our in-clinic therapies. You'll report to PRVNT's central clinical team, who set the protocols and support you day to day.
What you'll do
- Onboard members and own their clinical relationship: consultations, interpreting their full diagnostic and wearable picture alongside our clinical team, and building each member's personalised preventive plan.
- Act as case manager and primary point of clinical contact through the year, including regular check-ins and plan reviews as new data comes in.
- Prescribe and supervise IV protocols and device-based therapies (such as HBOT, photobiomodulation, contrast therapy, and compression), and oversee the nurses administering them.
- Manage contraindication checks, consent, and adverse-event response, working within PRVNT's protocols and SOPs.
What you'll need
- MBBS, with an MD or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Current registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council, or eligibility to transfer before joining.
- Strong clinical reasoning and the ability to turn complex, multi-source data into a clear plan a member can act on.
- Comfort with IV administration and structured, protocol-led care.
- Excellent communication and a member-first manner. This role is about building trust over months, not single visits.
Good to have
- Experience in preventive, longevity, functional, integrative, or executive-health medicine.
- Familiarity with wearables and biomarker-led care.
- Experience supervising nursing or paramedical staff.
